*Appointments are reserved especially for you. We respectfully require 24 HOURS NOTICE for all cancellations and service changes. We also require your appointment to be confirmed via email/text link 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you should cancel within that timeframe and it is not an emergency, we will require 50% of the total scheduled service. Your credit card on file will automatically be charged the cancellation fee. *Same day cancellations/no shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Thank you. *Due to safety considerations, limited space and the comfort and experience for our clients, children are NOT permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a salon service. *We require an in person consultation ($45) for all new color clients interested in booking, this is a 30 minute appointment to discuss goals, hair color history, budget and ballpark price quote which will be credited towards your future color service. *This fee is nonrefundable if color appointment is canceled. *We DO NOT offer refunds. If you happen to be somewhat dissatisfied with any color or haircut service we will be happy to adjust within one week of initial service date.
